This is the exact spec to which I built my sim rig frame. I designed this with adjustability and simplicity in mind, but obviously I also wanted it to look pretty cool.
Feel free to download and use this model for your own personal use. Get your local extrusion supplier to cut your 8020 to length and build your own rig.

This updated model, not shown on YouTube, is my future proof-eqsue design that includes an adjustable integrated monitor stand. And don't worry, this rig is so stiff and strong that there's zero fear of any flex or wobble in the monitor stand from the forces exerted through the wheel and pedals.
Note, this monitor stand expansion has not been tested in real life, as I didn't have the funds in the budget to warrant the extra material cost.

The FrameXpert MayTec software is purpose built for '8020' extrusion design in 3D CAD. I've included a link direct to their webpage where you can download the software for your own personal use. I have no affiliation or financial involvement in this software, it just worked well for helping me design my rig.
